Ross started his career, as a lot of brokers in this area of finance do, with the Westpac Banking group where he accumulated extensive knowledge over a thirteen-year period working in a number of areas including personal banking, a stint as a country bank manager and business banking manager.
Branching out on his own, Ross became a broker and for the past fourteen years has been providing expert advice, specialising in more complex and detailed advice on loans for self-employed customers and generally deals with larger size loan portfolios but is always available to provide assistance to customers no matter the size or complexity of their requirements.
With his approved training qualifications (FB1 & FB2 Units, Certificate III and IV in Finance Broking, Diploma -Finance/Mortgage Broking Management), Ross also devotes time to training and mentoring new finance brokers and is a Certified MFAA Mentor as well as a Certified MFAA Credit Advisor.
